{OnE PoST @ a TiME}

Ok! It has been a long time since I have posted anything. I am feeling a tad overwhelmed and don't know where to start so the best thing I can do is take it one POST at a time. I will start with Andrew. We had a small accident in November with our boy.... We survived his football season, we survived a summer with four wheelers, but what we didn't survive was a trampoline. Brandon was out of town and I had a babysitter. My friend & I were going out shopping and to dinner. I was walking out the door and my son's friend started yelling, "Mrs. Gardner, Mrs. Gardner (notice the manners) Andrew is bleeding. At that point I knew it wasn't going to be a small injury. They were wrestling with a football dummy, on the tramp, and apparently the football dummy won. Andrew flew back and hit his head on some VERY LARGE boulders. Luckily my friend is a nurse and was able to help me with him, because it was making me SICK. We knew we needed to get to the doctor. At that point the phone wouldn't quit ringing. Brandon called and I knew I was going to call him in the car, then our neighbor called, Kerrie's husband was texting her that Andrew got hurt. YES, we know he got hurt we were on our way to the doctor. Six stitches later we were home. My shopping consisted of paying for stitches, dinner was well, worrisome, and we ended up with a sleepless night. Andrew told me two days later that he couldn't see when I took him to get the stitches. This kind of information would have been helpful at the doctor. Any, I SURVIVED, he survived and Brandon enjoyed his vacation! :)

GRAPHIC IMAGES included, if you can't handle gross DON'T LOOK!

Before stitches

After stitches
...And the picture above is him being a trooper heading off to the U of U football game the day after the stitches! :) I don't think he would have missed it unless he was in a coma.
