Andrew's Status

On Monday, July 12th, Andrew was in a serious drowning accident. He and his family were at a family reunion in Sunbeam, Idaho. They were rafting down the Salmon river when Andrew fell in. He was life flighted to St. Luke's Hospital in Boise Idaho. He is currently in critical condition. He has pnemonia and a septic infection. The doctors and nurses are working diligently to clear his lungs and rid the infection. Andrew had a neruological exam and the results look very good and promising. Andrew is a fighter. He will beat this because that is the kind of kid he is. Brandon and Stacie are leaning heavily on the Lord. They have total faith in Him and His plan. They are so grateful to their family and friends for their love and support. They are surrounded 24 hours a day by a loving family. They are very appreciative to their ward family and neighbors. They were deeply touched by those in the primary who fasted and prayed for Andrew. The banner on the garage door says it all, "Pray for Andrew." Your prayers are being heard and they are working. Andrew is improving every hour. Thank you so much for your love and prayers. Daily entries will be made to help keep everyone informed on Andrew's status.

Stacie and Brandon,
We were so grateful to be able to participate in the fast for Andrew. Our children are very concerned, as are we. Your family is in our hearts always. Sending much love your way.
